This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacements. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

📦 Replacement Eligibility

✅ When Is a Product Eligible for Replacement?

If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement. We ensure that products reach you in perfect condition and match your order.

📅 Timeframe for Complaints

SouqHabibi will handle all complaints submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made within 7 days of delivery will be replaced free of charge. After 7 days, replacement will be subject to applicable charges.

🔄 How to Request a Replacement

🎥 Step 1: Share a Video

Send a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. Sometimes the issue can be fixed with proper usage guidance from our team. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll proceed with the replacement.

📦 Option A: Send the Product Back

Please ship the item (with original packaging and accessories) to:

We will ship the replacement within 5 working days of receiving your product.

🚚 Option B: We Schedule a Pickup

We will arrange a replacement within 14 working days. Kindly pack the item (with original box and all accessories) so the courier can collect it from you and deliver the replacement.

Note: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind” requests.

We do not offer refunds at this time.
